Moral dilemma...

You may or may not know that at the beginning of this year, I decided to order all my 'brand' goods from tesco online, and then do my top up shopping from Waitrose. Seems a bit silly to spend extra on the same thing going to Waitrose just because their other food is so tempting. It requires a bit more organisation, but I reckoned I could cope!

I had my first delivery due on Monday between 4-6pm. Of course, it went wrong. The called at 5.40pm to tell me they had van problems, but I'd get my food the next morning. I was mildly irked, and pretended to be more so, and they said they'd refund my delivery charge and £10. All went well the next day, I got my stuff.

So, I just got this e-mail from them:

Would you call them and tell them or just sit quietly and see if the refund ever actually takes place?

I would be more inclined to honesty if it was Ocado, but I can't bloody stand giving money to that hideous Shirley Porter.

Actually, lightbulb moment, I could donate the £100 odd to Haiti.
